The functionality as a meeting room has become more enhanced than ever! A case where the atmosphere has been transformed.

We would like to introduce a case study that was realized based on the request of the president of Gaia Promotion Co., Ltd. to create a relaxing space within the company where each employee can work comfortably. Originally, the meeting area was used by more than 20 people, but the request was to transform it into a conference room resembling a cafeteria, where individuals can work casually or hold small group meetings. From the proposal stage, we incorporated the president's intentions while gradually developing the space through discussions with the on-site personnel regarding its actual usability.
